- Christopher G. Civitelli, 49, 338 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with operating with a suspended registration.
- Ryan G. Stratton, 33, 2853 Woodman Pond Road, Hamilton, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance pending further court action.

- David L. Gallagher, 26, 314 Grand St., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operator , failure to obey a traffic control device and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

- Michael E. Aldasch, 50, 309 Main St., Oneida, was charged with insufficient tail lamps, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and operating with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 percent.

- Christopher P. Rong, 46, 240 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny and second-degree burglary. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court where he was remanded in lieu of $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond.
- Cletus N. Halpin, 52, 6912 Higginsville Road, Durhamville, was charged with unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

- Steven B. Durbin, 28, 5008 Hogsback Road, Rome, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on an original charge of petit larceny, He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $250 cash or bond.
