The Ag Workforce Development Council is offering Labor Roadshow II at four sites statewide, Jan. 28 through 31. Register at agworkforce.cals.cornell.edu or call (315) 433-0100, ext. 5595. Cost is $55. The Labor Roadshow focuses on critical and timely topics that affect all farm employers, ranging from current regulations to management practices, and targets farm owners, private industry and university professionals.

Attorney Michael Sciotti will offer presentations on sexual harassment prevention training and federal and state wage and hour laws. Sciotti’s practice includes jury trials, investigations, labor audits, supervisory and employee training and claims under federal and state labor laws. He is a frequent speaker and author of articles regarding labor and employment issues. Sciotta is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Labor Law Section: Equal Opportunity Law, and the Committee on Legislation.

The program runs from 8:30 am to 4 pm and is offered at four statewide sites:
