  • Rebekah L. Joslyn, 33, of 5365 Canal St., Durhamville, was charged with second-degree harassment.
  • Jonah L. Perry, 40, of 1962 Middle Road, Oneida, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and failure to notify the state Department of Motor Vehicles of address change.

Feb. 25, 2019

  • Devin J. McDonald, 20, of 307 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny and possession of alcohol by a person less than 20 years of age. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.

Feb. 26, 2019

  • Justin M. Ward, 38, of 129 Phelps St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to pay fines and surcharges on an original charge of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Paul M. Mathews, 39, of 213 Boston St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to comply with conditions on an original charge of second-degree harassment. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Charles E. Allen, 48, of 303 W. Seneca St., Sherrill, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

Feb. 28, 2019

  • David R. Gunthorpe, 63, of 1061 Meadow Dr., Oneida, was charged with forcible touching. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Brittany L. Clark, 29, of 115 Madison St., Oneida was charged with third-degree hindering prosecution.
  • Justin M. Meyers, Sr., 34, of 115 Sherman St., Oneida, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, possession of a hypodermic instrument and resisting arrest. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $1,500 cash or bond.
  • Kyle P. Castle, 41, of 141 Willow Meadow Way, Oneida, was charged with driving while intoxicated. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
  • Bruce A. Joslyn, 35, of 115 Madison St., Oneida was arrested on two arrest warrants charging him with petit larceny; an arrest warrant charging him with second-degree harassment, criminal obstruction of breathing and first-degree criminal contempt; a separate charge of first-degree criminal contempt, a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and an arrest warrant charging him with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the Madison County Sheriff without bail.
