  • Zachary T. Hitchings, 22, of 406 Randall Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with no signal, unregistered motor vehicle and third-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li>
  • David A. Lolik, 48, of 221 Farrier Ave., Oneida,\nwas arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with two counts of third-degree falsely\nreporting an incident and two counts of second-degree obstructing governmental\nadministration. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of\n$500 cash or $1,000 bond.<\/li>
  • Paul B. Genovese, 34, of 19 John St., Taberg,\nwas arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with three counts of second-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator, speeding, unregistered motor vehicle,\nunlicensed and uninspected. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held in\nlieu of bail.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    March 9, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Tyler D. Stone, 19, of 109 21st. Ave., Sylvan\nBeach, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li>
    • Brandy M. Laflesh, 39, of 122 Vanderbilt Ave.,\nOneida, was arrested on a Superior Court bench warrant alleging that she failed\nto appear on original charges of second-degree criminal possession of a\ncontrolled substance, third-degree unlawful manufacture of meth, second-degree criminal\npossession of meth manufacturing material, possession of a hypodermic needle,\nunlawful possession of marijuana and trespass. She was taken to jail to await\narraignment in court.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      March 10, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Hunter H. Whipple, 23, of 3457 Gorham Road, Le Raysville,\nPa., was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with petit larceny. He was\narraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or bond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        March 11, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Brandy M. Howlett, 34, of 5265 E. Seneca St.,\nVernon, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li>
        • Joel M. Emerson, 26, of 5257 E. Seneca St.,\nVernon, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, three counts of seventh-degree\ncriminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of\ndrug paraphilia and throwing or depositing refuse on the highway.<\/li>
        • Nicole M. Bornschein, 29, of 211 Allen St.,\nOneida, was charged with unregistered motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and third-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          March 13, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Anthony P. Perior Jr., 35, of 222 N. Main St.,\nOneida, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.<\/li>
          • Nicole K. Campbell, 41, of 1600 Old Route 13,\nNew Woodstock, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to\nappear on a resisting arrest charge. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\nremanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            March 14, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Jennifer D. Bailey, 35, of 338 Lenox Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle while using a portable\nelectronic device and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li>
