Why do they sing and how do they actually\nproduce their musical melodies? Music of Birds will awaken your appreciation of\nbird song and help you learn the tunes of a few of our most common songsters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our presenter, John Pumilio, is a former field researcher\nwith the National Park Service in the Everglades and director of ornithology at\na National Audubon Society sanctuary on Hog Island, ME and currently the\ndirector of sustainability at Colgate University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refreshments will be served following Johns\u2019 presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chenango Bird Club will have a short business meeting at\n6:30 p.m., prior to the show. Everyone is welcome to attend all or part of the\nevening\u2019s activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chenango Bird Club presents monthly programs (except\nJanuary, February and March).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nature enthusiasts of all levels and interests are invited\nto all Chenango Bird Club programs, free of charge.
