The deceased is Lorrie S. Kennedy, 46, of Eaton. The investigation showed that it was accidental. The injured person received burns to his face, body and hands.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ORIGINAL: On March 31, 2019, at 4:38 a.m., deputies with the Madison County Sheriff\u2019s Office responded to a residence on Old Route 31 in Lenox for a structure fire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members of the Canastota Fire Department were already on\nscene and advised deputies that one person sustained injuries and another\nperson was deceased. The deceased victim was transported to the Onondaga County\nMedical Examiner\u2019s Office for autopsy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The identity of the victim is being withheld at this time\nuntil next of kin can be notified and confirmation of identity can be made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The incident is being investigated by the Madison County\nSheriff\u2019s Office and the Madison County Fire Investigations Team.
