Join Clear Path for Veterans in Chittenango on Easter Sunday, April 21, 2019, for a relaxing, family-style brunch buffet put on by Clear Path\u2019s Culinary Director and Executive Chef Christopher Griffin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A wide range of foods will be\nserved, including salmon al pastor – achiote, orange, pineapple, cilantro; ham\n– mango, guava, pomegranate; Spanish tortilla – egg, crispy potatoes; tofu\nscramble – poblano, onion, cumin; corn beef hash – chili, onions, paprika; peas\n– mint, ramps, coriander; asparagus, shitake; and spring greens – cilantro\nscallion vinaigrette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will also be an assortment\nof desserts \u2013 including scones and chocolate tart \u2013 crafted by the culinary\nteam at Clear Path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proceeds from all brunches \u2013\nincluding the Mother\u2019s Day Brunch May 12 \u2013 support Clear Path\u2019s culinary\nprogram. One of the most visible forms of this support is Canteen. Every\nWednesday, Clear Path\u2019s Culinary Program staff and dozens of volunteers prepare\nlunch open to Veterans and active servicemen and servicewomen of all eras. This\ncomplimentary lunch is served in a welcoming environment to approximately 150\nattendees each week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are three 90-minute brunch\nseating options to choose from: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 12:30-2 p.m. and 2-3:30\np.m. Cost is $25 for adults, $10 for those age 5-12, and free for those under\nage 4. Reservations can be made online at TinyURL.com\/EasterBrunch19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
