Stout, 33, of 1084 Territory Road,\nOneida, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>March 29, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Stephanie Boylan, 35, of 214 E. Elm St., Oneida,\nwas arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was\nsentenced to 30 days in jail.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>March 30, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dimitri N. Bunitsky, 29, of 438 Sayles St.,\nOneida, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned in\nOneida City Court and remanded in lieu of bail.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>April 2, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tina B. Newey, 36, of 8193 Kimball Road,\nBlossvale, was issued a criminal summons charging her with second-degree reckless\nendangerment and endangering the welfare of a child.<\/li><li>Jeffery A. Kyer, 63, of 222 N. Main St., Oneida\nwas issued a criminal summons charging him with second-degree harassment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>April 3, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lindy L. Lamb, 43, of 323 Harden St., Oneida,\nwas charged with illegal signal, unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Howard J. Bender, 34, of 364 Washington Ave.,\nOneida, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree aggravated harassment.<\/li><li>Nicole K. Campbell, 41, no permanent address,\nwas arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on a charge\nof resisting arrest. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded\nwithout bail.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>April 4, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Adnan Dedic, 18, of 5512 Lowell Road, Rome, was\ncharged with insufficient tail lamps, uninspected and seventh-degree criminal\npossession of a controlled substance.<\/li><li>Ashley L. Smith, 33, of 318 Boston St., Oneida,\nwas charged with operation without at least one hand on the wheel, uninsured\nmotor vehicle, operating with a suspended registration and third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Elizabeth A. Smith, 58, of 8607 N. Main St.,\nCanastota, was charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree grand larceny.<\/li><li>Adrienne K. Bennett, 35, of 223 West St.,\nCanastota, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with failure to obey\na traffic control device and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>March 27, 2019 Beverly D.
