State Police Search for Madison County Woman<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>State Police in Oneida is searching for\u00a0Kristine C. Schreckenstein,\u00a067, who was reported missing by family members April 23, 2019, from a residence on Mosquito Point Road in the town of Stockbridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schreckenstein is described as 5 feet tall, 130 pounds, with\ngray hair and blue eyes.  She may be operating a red 2001 Audi TT with New\nYork registration EBG-8474. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Schreckenstein,\nthey are asked to contact state police in Oneida at 315.366.6000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Five Individuals Arrested following an armed robbery investigation
<\/strong>On Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at 12:12 p.m., State Police in North Syracuse responded to 357 Chestnut Street in the town of Clay for a reported robbery in progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The investigation has revealed the 31-year-old pregnant female victim had answered the door of her residence, when a male subject broke through the storm door, held a knife to her neck and demanded money. The male suspect, along with four accomplices then left the residence in a dark colored sedan last seen traveling on Chestnut Street. The victim, who was an acquaintance of one of the suspects, was not injured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investigators quickly identified the five suspects and determined their location at a local hotel in the town of Salina. \u00a0State Police K9, Investigators and uniform patrols responded to the hotel and took all three suspects into custody without incident.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following individuals were arrested and charged with Robbery 1st degree, a class \u201cB\u201d felony:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Stephanie N. Morrison, age 27, from 107 Mabel\nRoad Syracuse<\/li>
  • Theodore J. McClusky, age 29 from 160 Palace\nCourt North Syracuse<\/li>
  • Sheldon L. Gary, age 21 from 203 Kellogg Street\nSyracuse<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Joseph J. Briere, age 24, from 105 Wall Street Syracuse, NY was charged with Robbery 1stdegree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (methamphetamine).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Jessica L. Hill, age 34, from 205 Leonard Street Mattydale, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree, a class \u201cA\u201d misdemeanor and issued an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Morrison, McClusky, Gary and Briere were transported to the Onondaga County Justice Center for centralized arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Jefferson County man arrested on child pornography\ncharges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    On April 25, 2019, State Police in Alexandria Bay with the\nassistance of Troop D Computer Crimes Unit, executed a search warrant at 123\nCommercial St., Apt 2-2, Theresa, following an ongoing child pornography\ninvestigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Investigators charged 24-year-old Walter D. Zeller with two\ncounts of promoting a sexual performance by a child, a class D felony. Zeller\nwas arraigned in Theresa Town Court and was released under the supervision of\nprobation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This investigation was conducted by members of the Internet\nCrimes Against Children Task Force, which includes members of the state police,\nHomeland Security Investigations and the U.S. Marshals Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Palermo man arrested on child\nporn and drug charges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    State Police in Fulton arrested Jay F. Elhage Jr., 36,\nof Palermo, for two counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child, a\nclass D felony, two counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, a class\nE felony, two counts criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree\n(cocaine, and concentrated cannabis), a class A misdemeanor and one count of unlawful\npossession of marijuana, a violation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    On April 10, 2019, a search warrant was executed at Elhage\u2019s\nresidence based on an investigation conducted by the Internet Crimes against\nChildren Task Force.  Investigators located numerous images of children\nless than 17 years-old engaging in sexual conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Elhage was arraigned in Scriba Town Court and remanded to\nthe Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000 cash bail\/ $10,000\nsecured bond pending Grand Jury action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
