Madison County man arrested for assault following a stabbing incident<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On April 26, 2019, at approximately 6 a.m., state police in\nMorrisville responded to a reported stabbing at 2853 Woodman Pond Road in Eaton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to patrol\u2019s arrival, a 34-year-old male was\ntransported by private vehicle to Community Memorial Hospital of Hamilton for a\nstab wound to the stomach. A suspect, later identified as Michael Reaume, 38,\nof Woodman Pond Road, Eaton, fled the scene into a heavily wooded area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responding patrols established a perimeter and requested\nstate police K9s respond to the scene. Following a lengthy search, Reaume was\ntaken into custody after he was seen walking in the area of Route 20 in the\ntown of Madison. He was transported by ambulance to Community Memorial Hospital\nof Hamilton for lacerations to his left arm, sustained during the earlier\naltercation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reaume was charged with second-degree assault (a class D\nfelony), fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon (a class A misdemeanor)\nand two counts of endangering the welfare of a child (a class A misdemeanor).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Watertown man arrested for violating an order of protection<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

State Police arrested Bryan C. Walsemann, 36, of\nWatertown, for first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Walsemann is charged with violating an order of protection\nby calling and sending text messages to the protected party. He was arraigned\nin Pamelia Town Court and remanded to Jefferson County Jail on $2,000 cash bail\nor $4,000 bail bond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

State police seek public assistance with identifying individual in\nsurveillance photo<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

State police are attempting to identify an individual\ncaptured on store surveillance cameras at the Wal-Mart store in Rome April 27,\n2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The female suspect was seen walking out of the store with\n$917.12 worth of unpaid merchandise in a shopping cart, before immediately\nentering the store a second time and exiting with $441.21 worth of unpaid\nmerchandise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If anyone recognizes the woman in the surveillance photo,\nthey are asked to contact state police at 315.366.6000. All calls can remain\nanonymous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oneida man arrested on robbery warrant after traffic stop<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On April 25, 2019, state police arrested Craig J. Erick,\nJr., 28, of Oneida, for second-degree bail jumping (a class E felony), first-degree\naggravated unlicensed operation (a class E felony) and second-degree criminal impersonation\n(a class A misdemeanor).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erick was operating a 1996 Dodge pickup truck on I-690 in\nthe town of Geddes when troopers stopped him for a traffic violation. During\nthe traffic stop, it was determined that he provided false information to the trooper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When questioned further, Erick confided that he provided the\nname of his brother and that his true name was Craig Erick. A state Department\nof Motor Vehicles inquiry revealed that Erick had a revoked non-driver ID with 17\nscoffs on 13 dates (first-degree AUO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, He was wanted on a bench warrant for third-degree\nrobbery out of Suffolk County from 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following arrest processing, Erick was transported to the\nOnondaga County Justice Center pending arraignment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
