Jardieu, 36, of 465 Trenton Ave.,\nUtica, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with fifth-degree criminal\npossession of stolen property. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\nreleased on his own recognizance.<\/li><li>Michael S. Smith Sr., 50, of 8067 N. Main St.,\nCanastota, was charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree grand larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>April 11, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>David M. Thomsen, 31, of 196 Martin Road, New\nBerlin, was charged with operating with obstructed vision, unlicensed operator\nand third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>April 12, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bryan A. Musacchio, 37, of 116 Madison St.,\nOneida, was charged with menacing a police\/peace officer and third-degree criminal\npossession of a weapon. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in\nlieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>April 14, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Michael N. McNichol, 42, of 5333 Broad St.,\nDurhamville, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment. <\/li><li>Nicole K. Campbell, 41, of 138 N. Court St.,\nWampsville, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>April 15, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ricardo Moreno, III, 26, of 104 N. Lake St.,\nOneida, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device, improper\nplates and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>April 16, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kiya C. Palmermathis, 26, of 1736 Armory Dr.,\nUtica, was charged with unlicensed operator, passing a red light, third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana.<\/li><li>Jessica R. Jastrzab, 25, of 233 North St.,\nOneida, was charged with improper stop lamps and third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Cody J. Miller, 25, of 4608 Marble Hill Road,\nOneida, was charged with unlicensed operator and second-degree criminal\ncontempt. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>April 18, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tane J. Crump, 57, of 1623 Bleeker St., Utica,\nwas arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with petit larceny. He was\narraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of bail.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>April 19, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Brice B. Eaton, 23, of 3676 Center Road, Eaton,\nwas charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>April 21, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Brian G. Johnson, 35, of 226 Farrier Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with disorderly conduct and exposure of a person. <\/li><li>Holly A. Hall, 31, of 3757 Prospect St., Oneida,\nwas charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>April 22, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Alexander L. Gadson, 27, of 216 Markland St.,\nSyracuse, was charged with unregistered motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, no\ninsurance, uninspected motor vehicle and first-degree aggravated unlicensed\noperator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500\ncash or $1,000 bond.<\/li><li>Connie L. Addison, 39, of 3465 Old Route 49,\nBlossvale, was charged with petit larceny and third-degree burglary. She was\narraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000\nbond. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>April 23, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Joshua L. Joslyn, 33, of 120 N. Warner St.,\nOneida, was arrested on a Supreme Court warrant alleging that he failed to\nappear regarding an original charge of fourth-degree criminal possession of\nstolen property. He was arraigned in Madison County Supreme Court and was\nordered held without bail.<\/li><li>Brandon M. Davis, 23, of 8 Barlow St.,\nCanastota, was charged with unsafe backing, unsafe tires, failure to yield the\nright-of-way to an emergency vehicle, refusal to take a breath screening device\nand driving while intoxicated. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>April 24, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ricardo Moreno III, 26, of 104 N. Lake St.,\nOneida, was charged with no signal and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>April 25, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ronald R. Campany, 51, of 235 North St., Oneida,\nwas charged with third-degree criminal trespass.<\/li><li>Brian G.
