Hill, 44, of 14938\nCounty Route 59, Dexter, for predatory sexual assault against a child, a class A-2\nfelony; and first-degree sexual conduct against a child, a class B felony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On April 30, 2019, Hill was charged following a yearlong\njoint investigation by state police and the Watertown Police Department into\nthe sexual assault of a 14-year-old victim. The sexual assault began when the\nvictim was 7 or 8 years old and continued until April 2018 at locations in\nWatertown and Dexter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hill was processed at SP Watertown and remanded to the\nJefferson County Public Safety Building pending county court arraignment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Man arrested following joint investigation into sexual conduct and assault charges State Police in Watertown arrested Patrick A.
