Main St., Munnsville, for a report\nof a male attempting to commit suicide with a gun. It was reported that the\nmale had already fired off one round and was still in the apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon arrival, investigation revealed 53-year-old Alexander\nWing was involved in a domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend when he became\nupset at the situation and then shot a rifle inside the apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MCSO Special Operations Unit responded to the scene. A\nnegotiator with the SOU team contacted Wing, and after several attempts was\nable to get Wing to safely exit the residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wing was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment (class\nA misdemeanor) for firing the rifle inside his apartment and creating a\nsubstantial risk of serious physical injury to another person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wing was issued an appearance ticket and was then taken for\nmedical treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The state police, Oneida Nation Police, Vineall Ambulance\nand Munnsville Fire Department assisted at the scene.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On May 4, 2019, at 11:46 p.m., Madison County Sheriff\u2019s Office deputies were dispatched to 5287 N.
