Cady, 26, of Canastota, was found to\nbe intoxicated. She was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP\nJunius Ponds, where her blood alcohol content was determined to be .18 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cady was subsequently charged with aggravated driving while\nIntoxicated and vehicle and traffic violations. She was released to a sober\nthird party with appearance tickets returnable in Brutus Town Court at 7 p.m. June\n4, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>West Seneca man arrested\nfor DWI with BAC three times the legal limit<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>On May 18, 2019, at approximately 2:52 a.m., state police\nstopped a vehicle on I-190 in the city of Buffalo for a vehicle and traffic\nviolation. The driver, Gregory J. Gilbert, 25, of West Seneca, was found to be\nintoxicated. Gilbert was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP\nBuffalo, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.24 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gilbert was subsequently charged with aggravated driving while\nintoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, and vehicle and traffic violations.
