Bombaro, 39, of Auburn, Maine, was\nfound to be in possession of a glass pipe containing burnt crack residue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the vehicle search, a 9mm handgun was\ndiscovered.&nbsp; It was loaded with a 32-round\ncapacity magazine.&nbsp; Further investigation\nrevealed the magazine was loaded with 20 9mm full-metal jacket rounds and one\nblue-tip 9mm hollow point bullet in the chamber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bombaro and her passenger Shai-Quan L. Moran-Stenson, 23, of\nLewiston, Maine, were taken into custody, transported and processed at SP\nSyracuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The pair was charged with second-degree criminal possession\nof a loaded firearm (other than in a person\u2019s home or business), a class C felony;\ncriminal possession of a firearm, a class E felony; fourth-degree criminal possession\nof a weapon, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of certain ammunition-feeding\ndevices, a violation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, Bombaro was charged with seventh-degree criminal\npossession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and a vehicle-and-traffic\nlaw violation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moran-Stenson was also charged with third-degree criminal possession\nof a weapon, a class D felony, due to a previous conviction of a crime that\nprohibits him from possessing any weapons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both were remanded to Onondaga County Jail in lieu of $5,000\ncash or $10,000 bond and are to appear in Liverpool Village Court June 7, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On June 2, 2019, at approximately 3:34 a.m., stpte Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in Liverpool for a vehicle-and-traffic violation.&nbsp; While interviewing the driver, probable cause to search the vehicle and the occupants was established.
