Eaton,\n58, of 211 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with failure to signal, unlicensed\noperator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>John F. Joslyn,\n58, of 415 W. Railroad St., Oneida was charged with trespass. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>June 8, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Richard D.\nTennant, Jr., 25, of 502 E. Bloomfield St., Rome, was charged with uninspected\nmotor vehicle, unlicensed operator, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator\nand seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.<\/li><li>Brett M. Parks,\n31, of 3948 Miller Road, Blossvale, was charged with seventh-degree criminal\npossession of a controlled substance.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>June 9, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dylan J. Comfort,\n25, of 240 Main St., Oneida, was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree\nunlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and criminal obstruction\nof breathing. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of\n$500 cash or $1,000 bond. <\/li><li>Aaron M. Jones,\n34, of 8005 Canning Factory Road, Waterville, was charged with inadequate stop\nlamps, unlicensed operator, suspended registration and two counts of second-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>June 10, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Robert G. Emmons,\n26, of 197 Madison St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him\nwith second-degree burglary, aggravated contempt and third-degree assault. He\nwas arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded without bail.<\/li><li>Megan L.\nMassarotti, 35, of 308 Second St., Canastota, was charged with fourth-degree grand\nlarceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>June 11, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Timothy W.\nWhaley, 66, of 447 Elizabeth St., Oneida was issued a criminal summons for third-degree\ntrespass and petit larceny.<\/li><li>Michelle M. Lamb,\n26, of 124 E. Elm St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.<\/li><li>Craig A. Carey,\n41, of 4530 St. Rt. 49, Rome, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him\nwith second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree criminal\nimpersonation. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $1,000\ncash or $2,500 bond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>June 12, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dallas M. St.\nDenis, 26, of 110 S. Lake St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging\nhim with eight counts of endangering the welfare of a child. <\/li><li>Keith W. Buell,\n67, of 218 Broad St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>June 6, 2019 Carl E.
