Since kindergarten, Jayden has raised more than $5,000 to help create a world of longer, healthier lives! Jayden was recognized during his school\u2019s field days event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Kids Heart Challenge encourages heart-healthy behavior as students pledge to be more physically active, drink more water and do a good deed.
