Smith, 29, of 116 Allen St., Sherrill,\nwas charged with failure to use designated lane, driving while intoxicated,\noperating with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 percent and aggravated\ndriving while intoxicated, following a motor vehicle accident on North Lake\nStreet.<\/li><li>A 17-year-old Canastota male was charged with fourth-degree\narson.<\/li><li>Danielle M. Musacchio, 25, of 535 Grand St.,\nOneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with fourth-degree grand\nlarceny, third-degree robbery, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree\nharassment. She was arraigned in Chittenango Village Court and released on her\nown recognizance.<\/li><li>Christopher A. Kranz, 34, of 41A Mohawk St.,\nOswego, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to pay a fine\non a trespass charge. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court where he was\nsentenced to seven days in jail.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>June 29, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sarena M. Walsh, 34, of 146 Sherman St., Oneida,\nwas charged with forcible touching.<\/li><li>Brandon S. Steates, 24, of 205 Clinton St.,\nOriskany, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on\ncharges of uninsured motor vehicle, operating with a suspended registration and\nthird-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City\nCourt and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>June 30, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Travis A. Wheatley, 24, of 120 Spencer St.,\nCanastota, was charged with petit larceny and second-degree criminal\nimpersonation of a public servant.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>July 1, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Daniel C. Vaccaro, 45, of 3410 Fosters Corners Road,\nDurhamville, was charged with failure to stop for a stop sign and third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Connie L. Addison, 39, of 3465 Old Rt. 49,\nBlossvale, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear\nregarding three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled\nsubstance. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on her own\nrecognizance. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>July 2, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Destiny M. Evely, 24, of 59 Brett St., Verona,\nwas charged with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal obstruction of\nbreathing, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree custodial\ninterference and second-degree harassment. She was arraigned in Oneida City\nCourt and released on her own recognizance.<\/li><li>Chad M. Chesebro, 29, of 5263 Willow Place,\nVerona, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree custodial\ninterference and second-degree harassment. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court\nand released on his own recognizance.<\/li><li>Becky S. Holmes, 35, of 5179 Cole St.,\nMunnsvile, was charged with petit larceny and third-degree burglary. She was\narraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.<\/li><li>Mallory P. Coe, 24, of 59 Brett St., Verona, was\ncharged with endangering the welfare of a child.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>July 3, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jamie Kimbrough, 32, of 1218 W. Onondaga St.,\nSyracuse, was charged with speed in zone, operating without a license, second-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen\nproperty. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court where he was remanded without\nbail.<\/li><li>Nicholas W. Kampf, 60, no permanent address, was\ncharged with possession\/consumption of alcoholic beverages in a public place.<\/li><li>Jolene E. Wheeler, 29, of 126 Williams St.,\nOneida, was charged with unlicensed operator, suspended registration, uninsured\noperation and operating the wrong way on a one-way road.<\/li><li>Hunter H. Whipple, 23, of 162 Madison St.,\nOneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on a\npetit larceny charge. He was charged on a separate bench warrant alleging that\nhe failed to appear on charge of second-degree harassment.
