Starting Friday, July 12, 2019,\nvisitors will be able to have access to the Utica Zoo Friday evenings until 7 p.m.\nPlus, those visitors 21 and over will be able to enjoy an ice-cold beer or\nglass of wine in the newly formed Beer Garden. The Friday Late Night series is\nperfect for wrapping up a long week with co-workers or kicking off a fun-filled\nweekend with the family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visitors can enjoy food from Polly\u2019s by O\u2019Connors, live\nmusic on select dates, yard games, animal walkabouts and presentations from\nUtica Zoo staff and docents and of course regular access to the Zoo for two\nextra hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAll of us are really jazzed up about starting our Friday\nLate Night series for the summer,\u201d said Mark Simon, marketing coordinator for\nthe Utica Zoo. \u201cBy offering a great way to kick off the weekend for our\nvisitors, we hope the community will take advantage of our extended hours and\nspend some time at the Zoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPlus, being able to offer beer and wine service is\nsomething we have been trying to accomplish for some time, so the kick-off to\nthis series is a great new addition to the events we already offer throughout\nthe year.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a note, beer and wine will only be available from 4 to 7\np.m. Friday evenings.
