Walsh, 34, of 146 Sherman St., Oneida,\nwas issued a criminal summons for trespass.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>July 7, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kody J. Bonnell, 21, of 5272 Valley Mills Road,\nMunnsville, was charged with inadequate exhaust, unlicensed operator and third-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>July 8, 2019<\/li><li>Elizabeth A. Kelly, 30, of 204 E. Sands St.,\nOneida, was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating with .08 or\ngreater BAC, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated\ndriving while intoxicated (with a child in the vehicle \u2013 a\/k\/a Leandra\u2019s Law).<\/li><li>Cindy B. Amico, 46, of 115 Madison St., Oneida,\nwas charged with petit larceny.<\/li><li>Matthew J. Fratello, 34, of 219 W. Elm St.,\nOneida, was charged with inadequate tail lamps, unregistered motor vehicle\n(trailer), unlicensed operator and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>July 9, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Stephen L. Eaton, 58, of 211 N. Main St.,\nOneida, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>July 10, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nicholas W. Kampf, 60, of 416 W. Railroad St.,\nOneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with second-degree aggravated\nharassment and first-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned in Oneida City\nCourt and remanded without bail.<\/li><li>Scott E. Fletcher, 42, of 218 Broad St., Oneida,\nwas arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on an\noriginal charge of unreasonable noise.
