Summer Reading has begun. We have lots of fun programs and\nperformers planned. For details, visit midyorklib.org\/morrisville\/events\/summer-reading-2019\/.\nIf the kids read 1,100 hours collectively, they get to COLOR the Library\nManager at graduation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be sure to join us for our Monday Out of this World Space\nMatinees. Come join us for some \u201cspace-y\u201d movie on Mondays July 29, Aug. 5 and\n12 at 2 p.m. We provide the popcorn; bring your own beverage. Due to licensing\nregulations, we cannot post titles, but check out our website for the complete\nlist this summer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bring your preschool child (ages 2-5) for our summer time\nstory hour Tuesday, July 30, at 10 a.m. We will be reading stories about \u201cSky\nFull of Stars.\u201d Make a craft, hear some stories and more. (If you cannot make\nthat day, join us Aug. 6 for \u201cBlast off to Reading.\u201d)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Friday, July 26, we will be having a program called,\n\u201cWhat Happens in the Night.\u201d at 6:30 p.m. Come join in our night light parade,\nmake an edible campfire and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Wednesday, July 31, come join us for Out of this World\nMagic at 6:30 p.m. Super Silly Circus, Out of this World Magic will blow the\nminds of our audience. It will feature such illusions as the Umbrella Box,\nwhere we will stick 21 Umbrellas into a simple cardboard box containing a real\nlive assistant (Teeny the Clown), Head in Orbit, The 4-Legged Man, all that and\nmore, more magic, more illusions and more fun. Fun for the entire family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friday, Aug. 2, join us for \u201cTo the Milky Way and Beyond\u201d at\n6:30 p.m. Join us for some intergalactic adventures as we travel beyond the\nMilky Way. Crafts, games and fun will be had.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Wednesday, Aug. 7, Out of the Cage Pet Mobile will be\nhere at 6:30 p.m. Join Jennifer Clark as she brings her traveling exotic\npetting zoo to our library. She will be bringing six different animals to learn\nabout, as well as see and touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friday, Aug. 9, join us for \u201cUnder the Stars\/Magic in the\nSky\u201d at 6:30 p.m. Come join us as we have fun with stars and the magic that is\nin our sky \u2013 games, a craft and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Summer Reading Ends at 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9. All kids need\nto get their records in at the library and make sure you have read at least 10 hours.\nAdults need to turn in all their book reviews, too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did you know we have an Excess Crops Swap at the library? Drop\noff any extra produce you grew\/purchased etc. that you don\u2019t think you will\nfinish before it goes bad. Look and see what is already there and if you like\nsomething, take it. The basket is in the entry so come check it out (drop off\nstuff) today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We started our summer hours, so we will be closed Saturdays\nthrough Labor Day. We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from noon to 8 p.m.\nand Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
