The chair of the planning board usually\ncontacts the alternate when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The planning board issues special use permits, change of use\npermits, handles subdivisions and splits and monitors the influx of used mobile\nhomes into the township.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The term is five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a great way to become familiar the process of\nserving in town government.
