Thompkins from Mattydale, NY for Rape 2nd degree (D\nfelony), Criminal Sex Act 2nd degree (D felony), and Use of a Child in a Sexual\nPerformance (C felony).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is alleged that Thompkins engaged in sexual conduct with\na child under the age of 14 years old and digitally recorded it.&nbsp; He was arraigned in the town of Salina Court\nand remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center on $5,000 cash bail\/$10,000\nbond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The New York State Police were assisted by the Onondaga\nCounty District Attorney\u2019s Office and the McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Connecticut woman sent to Utica Hospital following ATV crash<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On July 19, 2019, at approximately 11:00 a.m., State Police\nresponded to an ATV crash located at the &#8220;Maximum Powerpark Event\u201d at 449\nNorth Gage Road in the Town of Newport, Herkimer County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investigation has revealed Crystal J. Kelly, age 38,\nfrom Northford, CT, was operating a 2014 Polaris ATV four-wheeler on an\noff-road trail when she overturned and was pinned underneath the ATV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelly was taken by ambulance to St. Elizabeth&#8217;s Medical\nCenter in Utica with internal injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Central Square man killed in early morning motorcycle crash in Oswego\nCounty<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On July 22, 2019, at 5:40 a.m., State Police responded to a\nmotorcycle crash on County Route 37 and Woodworth Road in the town of West\nMonroe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investigation has revealed, a passing motorist observed\na demolished motorcycle lying next to a damaged utility pole with wires\npartially down along the roadway. The operator, later identified as Michael J.\nGeer, age 28 from Central Square, NY was located by Troopers and EMS\napproximately 30 yards from the motorcycle in the nearby woods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Geer was pronounced deceased at the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investigation is continuing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mattydale man arrested on rape and criminal sex act charges On July 18, 2019, New York State Police arrested 19-year-old, Jeffrey J.
