The subjects covered by the\nhearing include applications for several water withdrawals and consumptive use\nprojects, as well as a diversion project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SRBC Commissioners are scheduled to vote on these and\nother action items at their next business meeting Friday, Sept. 6, 2019, in Big\nFlats, New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hearing will be held at the Susquehanna River Basin\nCommission office in Harrisburg, Pa. The hearing will begin at 2:30 p.m. and\nend at 5 p.m. or when public testimony concludes, whichever comes first. Access\nto the hearing room will begin at 2:00 p.m. and Commission staff will be\navailable for questions prior to the commencement of the hearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members of the public who are planning to present oral\ntestimony at the public hearing are encouraged to notify SRBC prior to the\nhearing of their intent and to indicate the subject of their comment. The\nnotices are to be directed to Jason E. Oyler, General Counsel and Secretary to\nthe Commission, Susquehanna River Basin Commission, 4423 N. Front St.,\nHarrisburg, PA 17110. SRBC will accept written\ncomments until Aug. 12, 2019; comments may be submitted electronically through\nSRBC\u2019s Meetings &amp; Events webpage or mailed or faxed to Oyler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SRBC\u2019s guidelines for public hearings include (see full set\non the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.srbc.net\/about\/meetings-events\/docs\/guidelines-public-hearings.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">website<\/a>):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Anyone wishing to attend the hearing will be\nasked to sign-in and show photo identification.<\/li><li>Signage, posters, banners or other display media\nwill be permitted only in designated areas.<\/li><li>The press is permitted to set up and use video\nand recording devices in a designated area.
