We\u2019ll follow the walk with a pot luck supper at the\npicnic pavilion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Channels Trail is flat, about seven-tenths of a mile and\ncircles the Channels Marsh, which often features several aquatic habitat birds.\nForest species are also possible, as the trail is largely wooded. Plan to learn\na few new species by sight or sound; join us even if you don\u2019t have binoculars \u2013\nwe have a few extra to share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All those interested may bring a dish to pass and place\nsetting and stay for the meal following the walk. Many bird club members are\ngood cooks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Chenango Bird Club presents monthly programs (except\nJanuary, February and March).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nature enthusiasts of all levels and interests are invited\nto all Chenango Bird Club programs, free of charge, at the Rogers Environmental\nEducation Center.
