Three vehicles in\nthe parking lot had rear windows smashed out and personal items taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers are asking for public assistance in identifying the\nindividual and vehicle in surveillance photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anyone who can identify the individual or pickup truck in surveillance\nphotos is asked to contact state police at 315.366.6000; all information will\nbe kept confidential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refer to case No. 9045527.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Four Syracuse teens\narrested after they crash stolen vehicle in Camillus<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On July 28, 2019, at approximately 1:34 a.m., troopers from SP\nElbridge conducted a vehicle-and-traffic stop on West Genesee Street in the\ntown of Camillus. As troopers approached the vehicle, the driver sped away, and\na pursuit was initiated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The pursuit ended when the driver lost control at the\nintersection of Hinsdale Road and Warners Road, drove over an earth embankment\nand came to rest in a ditch. Four occupants were taken into custody without\nincident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The vehicle, a 2016 Nissan Rogue, was determined to have\nbeen stolen from Maguire of Syracuse on Hiawatha Boulevard in Syracuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following individuals were arrested and charged:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A 17-year-old Syracuse male was charged with third-degree\ncriminal possession of stolen property (a D felony), third-degree unlawful fleeing\na police officer in a motor vehicle and fourth-degree criminal mischief, both\nmisdemeanors.<\/li><li>Aerick V. Brooks, 19, of Syracuse, was charged\nwith third-degree criminal possession of stolen property (a D felony), seventh-degree\ncriminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while ability impaired\nby drugs\/alcohol (1192-4\/a), both misdemeanors.<\/li><li>A 17-year-old Syracuse female was charged with third-degree\nunauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a class A misdemeanor.<\/li><li>An 18-year-old Syracuse male was charged with third-degree\nunauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a class A misdemeanor.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Troop T \u2013 Thruway<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Traffic stop in Sullivan\nresults in drug charge for Syracuse man<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On July 28, 2019, at approximately 2:16 a.m., state police\nstopped a vehicle on I-90 in the town of Sullivan for a vehicle-and-traffic\nviolation. Upon interviewing the driver, probable cause to search the vehicle\nwas established. The driver, Justin S. Aubrey, 22, of Syracuse, was found to be\nin possession of approximately seven ounces of marijuana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aubrey was taken into custody and transported to SP Syracuse\nwhere he was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana; a class\nA misdemeanor and a vehicle-and-traffic violation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was released on an appearance ticket returnable in Sullivan\nTown Court at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 13, 2019. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Troop D \u2013 Oneida Jefferson County Man arrested on Rape charges On July 22, 2019, state police in Watertown arrested Xavier T.
