Oneida City Clerk Susan Pulverenti released the agenda for\nthe regular meeting of the Oneida Common Council at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 6, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting will be held in Common Council Chambers in the\nMunicipal Building at 109 N. Main St., Oneida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OLD BUSINESS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Approval of minutes of the regular meeting July 16, 2019 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Approval of Warrant No. 15<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. LEASE\nAGREEMENT<\/strong>: Authorize the Mayor to sign a Lease Agreement with Madison\nCounty to rent the Kallet Civic Center for elections on November 5, 2019 and\nPresidential Primary on April 28, 2020. (Griff)<\/li>
  2. RECEIVE\/FILE<\/strong>:\nReceive and place on file letters from Assemblyman John Salka, Madison County\nSheriff Todd Hood and the Princeton Park Board relating to the 409 Genesee\nStreet rezoning. (Pulverenti)<\/li>
  3. TRANSPORTATION\nLEASE<\/strong>: Authorize the Mayor to sign a Transportation Lease with the Oneida\nCity School District for the annual senior bus trip to the State Fair on August\n27, 2019 in an amount not to exceed $550.00. (Griff). <\/li>
  4. SURETY\nBOND<\/strong>: Authorize the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to\nsecure a Surety Bond, including, but not limited to a \u201cGeneral Agreement of\nIndemnity. (Wells\/Bell)      <\/li>
  5. BONDING\nLED LIGHTING<\/strong>: Approve a Bond Resolution authorizing the conversion of\nstreet lights to LED in the City of Oneida at a maximum cost of $984,172.00. (Wells)<\/li>
  6. CAPITAL\nPROJECT 19-1<\/strong>: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Final Energy Saving\nPerformance Contract with Wendel Energy Services, LLC for an amount not to\nexceed $984,172 (Schuler) <\/li>
  7. FACILITY\nUSE AGREEMENT<\/strong>: Authorize the Mayor to sign a Facilities Use Agreement with\nthe
    \nAmerican Red Cross for use of the Recreation Center to provide services during\na disaster. (Griff)<\/li>
  8. BUDGET\nTRANSFERS\/AMENDMENTS<\/strong>: Approve transfers to allocate funds to the purchase\nof a water meter, for funds received from the sale of equipment to vehicle\nreserves, and for the sale of a Police vehicle to vehicle reserves. (Wells)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
