Dawley, 22, of 225 Farrier Ave., Oneida,\nwas charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a\nchild. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own\nrecognizance.<\/li><li>Eric D. Howe, 22, of 7066 Verna Dr., Canastota,\nwas charged with failure to yield when entering the roadway, unlicensed\noperator and two counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a\nmotor vehicle.<\/li><li>Dylan J. Comfort, 25, of the Madison County\nJail, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>July 20, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Joseph L. Ressegger, 39, of 321 Williams St.,\nOneida, was charged with illegal signal, failure to stop at a stop sign, first-degree\naggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, refusal to take a breath\ntest, driving while intoxicated and failure to obey a police officer. He was\narraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>July 21, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Devin J. McDonald, 21, of 210 Almond St.,\nOneida, was charged with petit larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>July 22, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tami D. Balamut, 49, of 115 Madison St., Oneida,\nwas charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>July 23, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A 10-year-old Oneida male was summoned to appear\nat Madison County Probation regarding a petit larceny. <\/li><li>Dylan F. Schultz, 25, of 448 E. Walnut St.,\nOneida, was charged with unlicensed operator, suspended registration and third-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>July 24, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jerry L. Durr, 61, of 370 Lenox Ave., Oneida,\nwas charged with third-degree criminal mischief.<\/li><li>A 10-year-old Oneida male was summoned to\nMadison County Probation regarding a petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal\nmischief.<\/li><li>A 13-year-old Canastota male was summoned to\nMadison County Probation regarding a charge of endangering the welfare of a\nchild.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>July 25, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Thomas J. Molinari, 35, of 242 Genesee St.,\nCanastota, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>July 26, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Scott E. Fletcher, 42, of 218 Broad St., Oneida,\nwas charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>July 28, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tyler M. Atkinson, 20, of 637 Fitch St., Oneida,\nwas charged with failure to keep right, second-degree aggravated unlicensed\noperation of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marihuana.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>July 29, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Shane J. Thornton, 40, of 225 Farrier Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with disorderly conduct.<\/li><li>Marjorie A. Joslyn, 53, of 220 Sherman St.,\nOneida, was charged with disorderly conduct.<\/li><li>Scott J. Thornton, 49, of 225 Farrier Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with public lewdness.<\/li><li>Megan L. Barrett, 21, of 4206 Verona St.,\nVernon, was charged with operating without lights, operation without an\ninterlock device where required, driving while intoxicated (felony) and\noperating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 blood alcohol\ncontent or greater (felony).<\/li><li>A 12-year-old male from Oneida was summoned to\nMadison County Probation regarding a charge of petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>July 30, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Trent R. Winn, 64, of 365 Floyd Ave., Rome, was\ncharged with no seatbelt and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a\nmotor vehicle.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>July 31, 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Scott L. Maiura, 25, of 126 Belleview Dr.,\nCanastota, was charged with speed in zone, unlicensed operator and second-degree\naggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.<\/li><li>Alexzander L. Gadson, 27, of 216 Markland St.,\nSyracuse, was charged with inadequate stop lamps, unlicensed operator and second-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Michael J. Sanderson, 53, of 1511 N. Salina St.,\nSyracuse, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone\nand second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Steven W.
