Rougeux of the New York State Police and\nChief Deputy Derrick O\u2019Meara of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center\nannounce the arrest of 50-year-old&nbsp;Calvin K. Hoyle of Utica for one count\nof third-degree rape, a class E felony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoyle is accused of having sexual intercourse with a female\nunder the age of 17.&nbsp;This incident allegedly occurred in July at a\nresidence in the city of Utica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was arraigned in the city of Utica Court and held without\nbail. The victim was offered services through the Oneida County CAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investigation was conducted by the state police. The CAC\nis a multi-agency, multi-disciplinary team that fights child abuse by providing\na wide range of services for child victims, while also aggressively pursuing\nthe offenders of these crimes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Major Philip T.
