The speaker for the workshop will be\nMelanie Goldberg, Esq., of Legal Services of Central New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event, which will focus on the new tenant law in New\nYork state, is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An elevator is available; parking is behind the library on\nthe Park Avenue side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Light refreshments will be served.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Free transportation can be provided for local residents, but\nreservations must be made two days before the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop will highlight recent changes in New York state\nregarding eviction, renter protections and landlord-tenant matters.
