Parks, 32, of 3948\nMiller Road, Blossvale, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with seventh-degree\ncriminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Oneida City\nCourt and remanded in lieu of bail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Aug. 10, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Earl E.\nEggleston, 24, of 197 Warren Road, Mohawk, was charged with disorderly conduct.<\/li><li>Dylan J. Comfort,\n25, of the Madison County Public Safety Building, was charged with second-degree\ncriminal contempt. <\/li><li>Christopher M.\nBarcomb, 33, of 225 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with endangering the\nwelfare of a child. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Aug. 11, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Donald L.\nOstrander Jr., 37, of 114 Chapel St., Sherrill, was charged with driving while\nintoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, moved from lane unsafely and\nrefused to take a breath screening device.<\/li><li>A 12-year-old\nOneida male was summoned to Madison County Probation regarding a charge of fourth-degree\ncriminal mischief.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Aug. 12, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>David W. Jones,\n51, of 9143 River Road, Marcy, was charged with second-degree reckless\nendangerment and second-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned in Oneida\nCity Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/li><li>Justin M. Meyers,\nSr., 35, of 150 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct and\nresisting arrest. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of\n$500 cash or bond.<\/li><li>Jeffery A. Kyer,\n64, of 222 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with second-degree criminal\ncontempt.<\/li><li>Logan R. Smith,\n29, of 6669 Airport Road, Hamilton, was charged with operating a vehicle while\nusing a portable electronic device, unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operation.<\/li><li>Anastasia G.\nVance, 30, of 381 County Route 2, Redfield, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree\nharassment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Aug. 13, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cory A. Wood, 35,\nof 342 N. Peterboro St., Canastota, was charged with third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Craig R. Bean,\n33, of 602 Fitch St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant for violation\nof parole. He was also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a\ncontrolled substance and resisting arrest. He was turned over to the custody of\nthe sheriff.<\/li><li>Robert R. Crouse,\n37, of 5195 Bear Road, North Syracuse, was charged with fourth-degree grand\nlarceny, second-degree burglary, endangering the welfare of a child, fourth-degree\ncriminal mischief and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was arraigned in\nOneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $3,500 cash or $10,000 bond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Aug. 14, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Michael E.\nAldasch, 51, of 222 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with seventh-degree criminal\npossession of a controlled substance.<\/li><li>Melissa I. Brown,\n30, of 147 River St., Rome, was arrested on an arrest warrant for operating\nwith a suspended registration, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator,\noperating without insurance and unlicensed operator. She was arraigned in\nOneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $200 cash or $500 bond.<\/li><li>William D.\nWinchell, 40, of 225 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant\ncharging him with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. He was arraigned\nin Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Aug. 15, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A 13-year-old\nfemale from Oneida was summoned to Madison County Probation regarding a charge\nof third-degree assault.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Aug. 16, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nicholas L.\nWallace, Jr., 20, of 225 N.
