Musacchio, 22, 507 Seneca St., Oneida, was\ncharged with unsafe start, improper turn and aggravated unlicensed operator in\nthe 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aug. 24, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ivan C. Dawley, 22, 210 Almond St., Oneida, was\ncharged with disorderly conduct, criminal tampering in the 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\ndegree and resisting arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aug. 25, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kit K. Wilbur, 22, 304 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was\ncharged with unsafe tires, driving while intoxicated and operating with more\nthan .08 BAC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aug. 26, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 17 year old male from Oneida Castle was charged\nwith assault in the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree.&nbsp;\nHe was arraigned in Oneida City Court where he was released on his own\nrecognizance and an order of protection was issued for the victim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aug. 27, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kristie L. Hudson, 49, 606 Stone St., Oneida, was\ncharged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aug. 28, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Steven J. Allen, 43, 8058 Herder Road, Blossvale,\nwas charged with criminal trespass in the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Robert G. Emmons, 27, 197 Madison St., Oneida, was\ncharged with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief in the 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\ndegree, criminal contempt in the 1<sup>st<\/sup> degree and harassment in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\ndegree.&nbsp; He was arraigned in Oneida City\nCourt and remanded without bail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kacey L. Harden, 21, no permanent address, was\narrested on an arrest warrant charging him with trespass.&nbsp; He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\nremanded in lieu of $100 cash or $500 bond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Russel L. King, 38, 1004 Main St., Sylvan Beach,\nwas arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on a charge\nof aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree.&nbsp; He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\nreleased on his own recognizance.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aug. 29, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jennifer M. Laflair, 24, 323 B Harden St., Oneida,\nwas arrested on a Superior Court bench warrant alleging that she failed to report\nto probation regarding original charges of burglary in the 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\ndegree and unlawful manufacture of meth in the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree.&nbsp; She was turned over to the custody of the\nsheriff.&nbsp; At the time of that arrest, she\nwas also charged with unlawful possession of marihuana and criminal possession\nof a controlled substance in the 7<sup>th<\/sup> degree.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aug. 23, 2019 Tyler C.
