Parker, 63, of\nPulaski succumbed to his injuries at Upstate University Hospital.&nbsp; The investigation continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_ _ _ _ _<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Sept. 2, 2019, at approximately 11:17 a.m., State Police\nresponded to Van Auken Road in the town of Bolyston for a one-vehicle rollover\ncrash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preliminary investigation revealed a 1997 International dump\ntruck operated by Parker was southbound on Van Auken Road when the truck exited\nthe west shoulder of the roadway and overturned in a creek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parker was partially ejected and submerged in the creek for\napproximately five minutes before he was extricated from the vehicle. He was\ntransported by NOCA Ambulance to Oswego Hospital and is listed in critical\ncondition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The investigation continues.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Sept. 2, 2019, at 3:57 p.m., Brian E.
