Fura, 20, 4906 Hill Rd., Oneida, was\ncharged with unregistered motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operator in the\nthird degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.&nbsp; <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sept. 1, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Troy S. Allen Jr., 24, 217 Gansevoort Ave., Rome,\nwas charged with unregistered motor vehicle, operating while using a mobile\ndevice and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree. <\/li><li>Brandy M. Howlett, 34, 132 E. Seneca St.,\nCanastota, was charged with having a broken windshield, obstructed view,\noperating without insurance, uninspected motor vehicle and aggravated\nunlicensed operator in the second degree.&nbsp;\nShe was also arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to\nappear on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree.&nbsp; She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\nreleased on her own recognizance. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sept. 3, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tyler M. Atkinson, 20, 637 Fitch St., Oneida,\nwas arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with failure to keep right,\nunlawful possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed operator in the\nthird degree.&nbsp; He was arraigned in Oneida\nCity Court and released on his own recognizance.&nbsp; <\/li><li>A 16 year old male from Verona was summoned to\nMadison County Family Court to answer charges of grand larceny in the fourth degree\nand sexual misconduct.&nbsp; <\/li><li>Alicia J. Lenhart, 62, 5804 Germany Rd., Verona,\nwas charged with endangering the welfare of a child. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sept. 4, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ray-Lin Pettibone, 22, 338 Williams St., Oneida,\nwas arrested for harassment in the second degree, criminal obstruction of\nbreathing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.&nbsp; She was arraigned in the Town of Lincoln\nCourt and released on her own recognizance.<\/li><li>Richard D. Tennant, 25, 402 E. Bloomfield St.,\nRome, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on\ncharges of aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree, unlicensed\noperator, uninspected motor vehicle and criminal possession of a controlled\nsubstance in the seventh degree.&nbsp; He was\narraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $1000 cash or $2000\nbond.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sept. 5, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nicole M. Bornschein, 30, 211 Allen St., Oneida,\nwas charged with inadequate exhaust, unlicensed operator and aggravated\nunlicensed operator in the second degree. <\/li><li>John L. Chesebro II, 37, 307 Lenox Ave., Oneida,\nwas arrested on a Madison County Supreme Court warrant for drug treatment,\nalleging that he failed to abide by conditions.&nbsp;\nHe was sent to the Madison County Public Safety Building Jail and\nremanded pending further court action.<\/li><li>Brian C. Kimpel, 43, 348 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was\ncharged with petit larceny.<\/li><li>Christopher M. Barcomb, 33, 102 N. Main St.,\nOneida, was charged with failure to report change of address. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sept. 6, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Natasha L. Curtis, 27, 334 Stone St., Oneida,\nwas charged with uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and aggravated\nunlicensed operator in the third degree. <\/li><li>Justin M. Meyers Sr., 35, 115 Sherman St.,\nOneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to report for\nan intermittent sentence on an original charge of criminal trespass in the and\ndegree.&nbsp; He was arraigned in Oneida City\nCourt and released on his own recognizance. <\/li><li>James F. Emmons, 35, PO box 70, Lacona, was\narrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to complete community\nservice on a trespass charge.&nbsp; He was\narraigned in Oneida City Court and sentenced to 10 days in jail. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sept. 7, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nicole R. Camp, 45, 226 Farrier Ave., Oneida,\nwas charged with endangering the welfare of a child. <\/li><li>Joseph S. West, 29, 218 Wilson Ave., Canastota,\nwas charged with obstructing government administration and criminal possession\nof a controlled substance in the seventh degree.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sept. 9, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Justin M. Meyers Sr., 35, 115 Sherman St.,\nOneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to comply with\nintermittent rules regarding controlled substances.&nbsp; He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\nremanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1000 bail.<\/li><li>Stephanie N. Znuj, 24, 102 Seneca Ave., Oneida\nCastle, was charged with unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operator in\nthe third degree and leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle\naccident.<\/li><li>A 17 year old female from Oneida was charged\nwith sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sept. 12, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Daniel T. Butt, 31, 175 Madison St., was charged\nwith obstructed vision, illegal signal, failure to use an ignition interlock\ndevice when required, unlicensed operator, operating without insurance,\noperating with a suspended registration and 2 counts of aggravated unlicensed\noperator in the second degree.<\/li><li>Jonah L. Perry, 40, 1962 Middle Rd., Oneida, was\ncharged with uninspected motor vehicle, false inspection sticker and aggravated\nunlicensed operator in the second degree. <\/li><li>Erin E. Chesebro, 37, 209 N. Lake St., Oneida,\nwas charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.&nbsp; She was also arrested on an arrest warrant\nfor violation of parole.&nbsp; <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sept. 13, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lewis E. Joslyn, 37, 315 Seneca St., Oneida, was\ncharged with petit larceny.<\/li><li>Brandon P. Walsh, 33, 221 Washington Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with petit larceny and burglary in the third degree.&nbsp; He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\nremanded without bail.<\/li><li>Saquan T. Howard, 29, 617 Hawley Ave., Syracuse,\nwas charged with failure to yield the right of way at a yield sign, unlicensed\noperator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sept. 14, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mark C. Pfenninger, 59, 4125 Union St., N.\nChili, NY, was charged with operating without headlights and operating a MV\nwith a suspended registration.<\/li><li>Charles E. Kampf, 38, 10289 Baldwin Dr.,\nBrookfield, NY, was charged with failure to dim headlights, inadequate\ntaillights and 2 counts of aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree.&nbsp; <\/li><li>Kerri A. Kampf, 37, 10289 Baldwin Dr.,\nBrookfield was charged with facilitating aggravated unlicensed operator in the\nsecond degree.&nbsp; <\/li><li>Brian E. Karst, 47, 305 W. Elm St., Oneida, was\ncharged with moved from lane unsafely, imprudent speed, refusal to submit to a\nbreath screening device, failure to use designated lane, failure to keep right,\nfailure to notify DMV of address change and driving while intoxicated.&nbsp; This was following a one vehicle accident on\nW. Elm St., in Oneida. <\/li><li>Troy P. Henry, 26, 5956 Stockbridge Falls Rd.,\nMunnsville, was issued a criminal summons for harassment in the second degree.<\/li><li>Clifford J. Congdon, 40, 3710 Carter Rd.,\nCanastota, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to pay fines, fees and\nsurcharges on an original charge of criminal possession of a controlled\nsubstance in the seventh degree.&nbsp; He was\narraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.&nbsp; <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sept. 15, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nathan D. May, 41, 3653 Seneca Trnpk.,\nCanastota, was charged with having a suspended registration, uninsured and\nuninspected motor vehicle and inadequate exhaust.&nbsp; <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sept. 16, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Michael A. Ellsworth, 25, 235 Belmont Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with speed in zone, unregistered motor vehicle and\naggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.&nbsp; <\/li><li>Aaron S. Sochia, 29, 1600 Canal Rd., Oneida, was\ncharged with inadequate lights and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.&nbsp; <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sept. 17, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jaime L. Vega, 52, 239 Broad St., was charged\nwith petit larceny. <\/li><li>Sonya M. Wheeler, 32, 120 N. Willow St., Oneida,\nwas charged with operating while using a portable electronic device and\naggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree. <\/li><li>Stefanie L. Britton, 34, 225 Farrier Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with petit larceny (2 counts) and criminal possession of\nstolen property in the fourth degree.&nbsp; <\/li><li>Cassandra Eve Jayson, 28, 7040 Bruce Rd.,\nCanastota, was charged with petit larceny and 2 counts of endangering the\nwelfare of a child. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sept. 19, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Brandy A. Jones, 42, 1120 Co.
