This\nincludes all employers that have one or more employees at their farm or\nbusiness. Each business should have had a policy in place and training\ncompleted by Oct. 9, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are not in compliance with this law, plan to attend\none of these trainings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Join us for up-to-date farm-focused training\nmaterials&nbsp;(English and Spanish) as well as tips on how to conduct a\nsuccessful farm-based sexual harassment meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration is $25\/per farm, which will include a USB for\neach farm, as well as printed materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This training is for employers only.&nbsp;CNYDLFC team\nmembers will not be training employees.
