Ali, 34, of Syracuse, for promoting\na sexual performance by a child, a class D felony; and possession of a sexual performance\nby a child, a class E felony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Oct. 10, 2019, the NYSP Troop D Computer Crime Unit\nexecuted a search warrant at 105 Smith Lane Apt. 15, Syracuse, following a\nreport from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that child\npornography was being disseminated from that address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the search, Ali was subsequently arrested and\ncharged with uploading and downloading images of child pornography. He was\nprocessed at SP North Syracuse and transported to the Onondaga County Justice\nCenter for centralized arraignment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>State police arrested Osman M.
