Hopkins, 55, of 235 N. Lake St.,\nOneida, was issued a criminal summons for passing a stopped school bus.<\/li><li>Terry S. Braxton, 38, of 153 Beverly Road, Syracuse,\nwas arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on charges\nof criminal possession of a weapon and seventh-degree criminal possession of a\ncontrolled substance.&nbsp; She was arraigned\nin Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nov. 2, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Erica L. Carcone, 31, of 4813 St. Rt. 26,\nBouckville, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and\nsecond-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nov. 3, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Matthew J. Nodecker, 34, of 604 Elm St., Rome,\nwas charged with speed not reasonable or prudent, failure to use designated\nlane, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and\noperating with more than .08 BAC.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nov. 4, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jill A. Lyman, 41, of 3875 St. Rt. 5, Canastota,\nwas charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nov. 5, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Christopher J. Garrow, 20, of 109 N. Main St.,\nCanastota, was arrested on a bench warrant issued from Madison County Court,\nalleging that he failed to pay restitution and failed to appear on an original\ncharge of third-degree burglary.&nbsp; He was\nremanded pending his appearance in County Court.<\/li><li>Michelle M. Lamb, 26, of 30 Sheldon St.,\nNorwich, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with criminal\nobstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment.&nbsp; She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\nremanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nov. 6, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lindsay N. Kabot, 34, of 1111 Park Ave., Sylvan\nBeach, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Misty J. Bruinsma, 39, of 120 Madison St.,\nOneida, was charged with operating with a suspended registration and operating\nwithout insurance.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nov. 1, 2019 Peter S.
