Case, 18, 6043 Creek Rd., Oneida, was\ncharged with inadequate headlights and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd\ndegree. <\/li><li>Edward S. Highers, 28, 11 Radnor Rd.,\nMorrisville, was charged with violation of the park curfew and criminal\npossession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nov. 8, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jamie L. McCoppin, 48, 122 Madison St., Oneida,\nwas charged with uninspected motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property\ndamage motor vehicle accident, driving while intoxicated and operating with\nmore than .08 BAC. <\/li><li>Corey J. Skinner, 27, 611 Lenox Ave., Oneida,\nwas charged with grand larceny in the 4th degree. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nov. 9, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tifini J. Moyer, 44, 6824 Providence Dr., New\nAlbany, OH, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear\nregarding charges of unlawful possession of marihuana, criminal possession of a\ncontrolled substance in the 7th degree and driving while intoxicated\/drugs. She\nwas arraigned in the Town of Lincoln Court and remanded in lieu of $650 cash or\n$1000 bond. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nov. 10, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>James E. Thornton, 23, 506 State St., Canastota,\nwas arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear for a\npre-sentence investigation on an original child of endangering the welfare of a\nchild. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own\nrecognizance. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nov. 11, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Todd N. Davis, 51, 1091 Palmer Dr., Canastota,\nwas charged with inadequate headlights and operating with a suspended\nregistration. <\/li><li>Richard J. Curtis, 47, 125 Getmac Ave.,,\nCanastota, was charged with petit larceny. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nov. 12, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Christopher R. Joslyn, 33, 5356 Canal St.,\nDurhamville, was charged with unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed\noperator in the 2nd degree and unlawful possession of marihuana. He was also\narrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on an outstanding\ncharged of aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree. He was arraigned\nin Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1000 bond. <\/li><li>Morgan W. Shlotzhauer, 37, 7171 Old County Rd.,\nCanastota, was charged with inadequate exhaust, unlicensed operator, aggravated\nunlicensed operator in the 2nd degree (3 counts) and criminal possession of a\ncontrolled substance in the 7th degree. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nov. 13, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Adrianne L. Wagner, 36, 102 N. Main St., Oneida,\nwas charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th\ndegree. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nov. 14, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Heather A. Kirk, 42, 189 Madison St., Oneida,\nwas arrested on a bench warrant issued by Madison County Drug Court alleging\nthat she failed to appear. Original charges were unlawful manufacture of\nmethamphetamine in the 3rd degree, unlawful disposal of methamphetamine lab\nmaterial, criminal possession of precursors of methamphetamine, criminal\npossession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree (3 counts) criminal\npossession of methamphetamine manufacturing material in the 2nd degree,\ncriminal use of drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, reckless endangerment and\nconspiracy in the 5th degree.
