Lynch, 39, 146 Cedar St., Sherrill, was\ncharged with speed in zone and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd\ndegree. <\/li><li>Kristie L. Hudson, 49, 401 Cleveland Ave.,\nOneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with inadequate exhaust,\ninadequate stop lamps and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree. She\nwas arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nov. 17, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Zachary M. Hembach, 22, 5338 Canal Rd.,\nDurhamville, was charged with inadequate headlights and aggravated unlicensed\noperator in the 3rd degree. <\/li><li>Michael J. Bartell, 54, 158 \u00bd Prospect St.,\nSherrill, was charged with failure to use designated lane and aggravated\nunlicensed operator in the 3rd degree. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nov. 18, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Arthur S. Thurston, 41, 300 Miles Ave.,\nFayetteville, was charged with insufficient tail lamps, unlicensed operator and\naggravated unlicensed operator in the 2nd degree. <\/li><li>Amaya E. Cantero, 20, 819 W. 180th St., NY, NY,\nwas charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nov. 19, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Michael W. Reaume, 39,, 7171 Old County Rd.,\nCanastota, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, failure to stop for a\nstop sign and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.<\/li><li>Shania M. Harmon, 23, 529 Tilden Ave., Oneida,\nwas charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, unlicensed operator and\naggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nov. 20, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>John A. Farnham Jr., 37, 303 N. Lake St.,\nOneida, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nov. 21, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A 13 year old Oneida male was summoned to\nMadison County Probation to answer allegations of criminal mischief in the 4th\ndegree, harassment in the 2nd degree and resisting arrest.<\/li><li>Adrianne L. Wagoner, 36, 102 N. Main St., Oneida\nwas charged with inadequate exhaust, uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator,\naggravated unlicensed operator in the 2nd degree, unlawful possession of\nmarihuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nov. 15, 2019 Kathryn M.
