The Oneida Common Council will hold its regular meeting at\n6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2019, in the Common Council Chambers, Municipal\nBuilding, 109 N. Main St., Oneida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PUBLIC HEARING \u2013 Proposed Local Law Small Cell Wireless\nDeployment Requirements  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

OLD BUSINESS <\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Approval of minutes of the regular meeting Nov. 19, 2019,\nand the special meetings Nov. 14, 18 and 20. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Approval of Warrant No. 24<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MISCELLANEOUS UTILITY BILLING:  Authorize the Miscellaneous Utility Billing\nfor unpaid service charges, water rents and sewer taxes in the amount of $53,536.93\nbe inserted into the 2019 assessment roll to be re-levied into the 2020 tax\nroll.  (Schuler) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2020 BUDGET:  Adopt\nthe 2020 City of Oneida Budget. (Council)   \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RETIREE REIMBURSEMENT: Authorize the reimbursement of the\ncost of Medicare Part B coverage for all eligible retired City employees and\nany eligible dependents, who retired prior to July 1, 2015, regardless of union\naffiliation or non-affiliation, and regardless of whether said retiree is\nenrolled in the City’s Medicare Advantage & Prescription Program for the\nyear 2020.  (Mayor)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ADVERTISE FOR BIDS: \nAuthorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids for the Kenwood\nSanitary Sewer Force Main Repair. \n(Schuler)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EXTENSION OF CONTRACT: \nAuthorize the extension of the WWTP Polymer Contract through 2020, in\naccordance with the existing contract. \n(Schuler)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EXTENSION OF CONTRACT: \nAuthorize the extension of the WWTP Liquid Iron\nSalts Contract <\/a>through 2020, in accordance with the existing contract.  (Schuler)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EXTENSION OF CONTRACT: \nAuthorize the extension of the WWTP Laboratory Services-Analytical\ncontract, in accordance with the existing contract.  (Schuler) \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GRANT APPLICATION: \nAuthorize the Recreation Director to apply for the \u201cSafe Routes to\nParks\u201d grant.  (Griff) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BUDGET TRANSFERS\/AMENDMENTS: Approve transfers\/amendments to\nre-allocate funds for contractual tuition reimbursements and for closing pool\nexpenses.  (Wells)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
