Dingman, 53, of Little\nLake Road, Richfield Springs, on charges of second-degree criminal mischief (a\nclass D felony); and third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing,\nsecond-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon (all\nclass A misdemeanors).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Sept. 11, 2019, at approximately 7:40 p.m., state police\nresponded to a domestic incident at a residence on Little Lakes Road.&nbsp;Investigation\nrevealed the victim was allegedly choked to the point of losing consciousness\nand Dingman allegedly used an ax to damage the victim&#8217;s vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The victim was treated for injuries at Bassett Hospital in\nCooperstown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dingman was arraigned in Norway Town Court and remanded to\nthe Herkimer County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The investigation continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Syracuse Man is charged with possession of cocaine and heroin following a traffic stop<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">State Police arrested\u00a0Jahmol S. Reid, age 31 from Syracuse, NY for the following charges:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Three counts of Criminal Possession of a\nControlled Substance 3rd&nbsp;degree, class \u201cB\u201d felony<\/li><li>One count of Tampering with Physical Evidence,\nclass \u201cE\u201d felony<\/li><li>Three counts of Criminal Possession of a\nControlled Substance 7th&nbsp;degree, class \u201cA\u201d misdemeanor<\/li><li>One count of Obstructing Governmental\nAdministration 2nd&nbsp;degree, class \u201cA\u201d misdemeanor.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On September 4, 2019, at approximately 2:15 a.m., Troopers\nconducted a vehicle &amp; traffic stop on a 2003 Ford pickup truck along Erie\nBoulevard West in the city of Syracuse for a vehicle and traffic\nviolation.&nbsp; During the interview of the driver, a back-seat passenger,\nlater identified as Jahmol Reid, fled on foot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following a short foot pursuit, Reid was subsequently was\ntaken into custody. Troopers charged Reid with possession of approximately 39\ngrams of crack cocaine, 11.8 grams of heroin, 7.5 grams of powder cocaine and numerous\nOxycodone and Percocet pills.&nbsp; Additionally $2,465 in US currency was also\nseized from Reid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reid was processed at SP Lysander and transported to the\nOnondaga County Justice Center pending centralized arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members of the State Police Violent Gang &amp; Narcotics\nEnforcement Team assisted in this investigation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Herkimer County man arrested following a physical domestic involving an ax State police arrested&nbsp;Ronald E.
