Lake St.,\nOneida, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and third-degree\naggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Devin J. McDonald, 21, of 210 Almond St., Oneida\nwas issued a criminal summons for petit larceny.<\/li><li>Adrianna J. Cortes, 26, of 300 Verona St.,\nOneida, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dec. 8, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mary E. Ujkaj, 33, of 348 E. Walnut St., Oneida,\nwas charged with failure to keep right, unsafe tires and second-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Samantha L. Baumeister, 37, of 110 E. Elm St.,\nOneida, was charged with obstructed vision and third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dec. 9, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>John A. Durr, 24, of 370 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was\nissued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dec. 10, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Amanda M. Schorer, 32, of 1628 Genesee St.,\nUtica, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li><li>Thomas G. Havener, 56, of 214 Williams St.,\nOneida, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dec. 11, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jaquelyn D. Emmons, 23, of 228 North St.,\nOneida, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle and third-degree aggravated\nunlicensed operator.<\/li><li>Jeffrey D. Decker, 25, of 200 Williams St.,\nOneida, was charged with second-degree harassment, endangering the welfare of a\nchild and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned in Oneida City\nCourt and released on his own recognizance.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dec. 12, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>William C. Otts, 27, of 7056 Verna Drive,\nCanastota, was charged with speed in zone, refusal to take a breath screening\ndevice, driving while intoxicated and operating with more than .08 BAC.<\/li><li>Carrie L. Curtis, 37, of 6563 State Route 20,\nBouckville, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li><li>Mariachristina A. Cuenta, 35, of 318 Main St.,\nOneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with third-degree grand\nlarceny. She was arraigned in Stockbridge Town Court and released on her own\nrecognizance.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dec. 15, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>James L. Brockum, 28, of North Lake Street,\nOneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he violated the\nintermittent rules of the Madison County Jail. His original charge was\nresisting arrest.
