The Madison County Youth Bureau is now accepting funding\nproposals from community-based non-profit organizations, public agencies and\nMadison County municipalities to provide services to the youth of Madison\nCounty during 2020 utilizing New York State Office of Children and Family\nServices Youth Development Program funds for seasonal programs as well as\nMadison County Youth Bureau funds for year-long programs. Eligible programs\nmust provide community-level services designed to promote positive youth\ndevelopment and respond to locally identified youth needs in Madison County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These funds are available on a competitive basis and must be\nused for the delivery of services between January 1 and December 31, 2020.\nEligible programs must be outcome based and provide quantifiable and verifiable\nindicators by which program performance will be measured. All programs seeking\nfunding must track one of the OCFS outcome measures for each service,\nopportunity and support that the program is addressing. Please be sure to\nreview the Request for Proposal instructions because there are additional life\nareas that have been added this year, allowing for more programming\nopportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proposals for this funding must be submitted to the Madison\nCounty Youth Bureau by 4:00 p.m., Friday, January 31, 2020 to be considered for\nfunding. No proposals received after this date\/time will be considered. Instructions\nand the NEW electronic proposal are available at the Madison County website\nunder the Youth Bureau webpage at  madisoncounty.ny.gov\/150\/Youth-Bureau<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical assistance sessions will be offered Tuesday, Jan.\n7 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and again Jan. 8 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in the Career\nCenter Conference Room, Building 1, County Office Building, Wampsville. Additional\ntechnical assistance date\/time can be added per request.
