Hamilton Ave.,\nSherrill, was charged with inadequate headlights, driving while intoxicated and\naggravated driving while intoxicated.<\/li><li>Nicole A. Havener, 38, of 2990 St. Rt. 31,\nCanastota, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dec. 19, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Niokey R. Williams, 30, of 4601 Candelight 22,\nLiverpool, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the second\ndegree.<\/li><li>Katie M. Zeidner, 25, of 321 Pleasant Ave.,\nOneida, was charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen\nproperty in the fourth degree.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dec. 20, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Steven A. Ponto, 42, of 118 Phelps St., Oneida,\nwas charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dec. 21, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Latashia A. Jackson, 30, of 446 E.N. Canal St.,\nCanastota, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, operating with a\nsuspended registration, uninspected motor vehicle, uninsured and aggravated\nunlicensed operator in the third degree.<\/li><li>Shawn G. Dieni, 23, of 102 N. Main St., Oneida,\nwas charged with inadequate exhaust, uninspected, unlicensed operator and\naggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.<\/li><li>George H. Howe, 52, of 356 N. Lake St., Oneida,\nwas charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.<\/li><li>John L. Phillips, 27, of 160 Madison St.,\nOneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with two counts of\ncriminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and two\ncounts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.&nbsp; He was arraigned in Madison County Court and\nremanded.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dec. 22, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cassie J. Pupp, 29, of 5969 Middle Road,\nMunnsville, was charged with petit larceny, criminal diversion of prescription\nmedicine in the fourth degree and fraudulent deceit of a controlled substance.<\/li><li>Harold E. Winchell, 34, of 210 Almond St.,\nOneida, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.<\/li><li>Stephanie J. Winchell, 37, of 210 Almond St.,\nOneida, was charged with unsafe storage of a weapon.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dec. 23, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vincent N. Hobson Jr., 25, of 170 Madison St.,\nOneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with criminal possession\nof a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal sale of a controlled\nsubstance in the third degree.&nbsp; He was\narraigned in Madison County Court and remanded.<\/li><li>Robert J. Black, 36, of 7089 Mt. Pleasant Road,\nCanastota, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li><li>Jamie L. Tobin, 33, of 206 Broad St., Oneida,\nwas charged with petit larceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dec. 25, 2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Michael P. Lowell, 29, of 19 W.
