Upon arrival, they\nlocated one victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the lower abdomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was reported that the victim was inside 1001 Oriskany St.\nwhen several males entered, and an argument ensued.&nbsp; During the interaction, a shot was fired and the\nmale was struck.&nbsp; The suspects then fled\nthe scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The victim\u2019s injuries are not considered life-threatening at\nthis point, and the investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone with information is asked to contact the Utica Police\nDepartment Major Crimes Unit at 315.360.6976 or the Criminal Investigations\nDivision at 315.223.3510.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just before 10 p.m. Dec. 27, 2019, Utica police were dispatched to 1001 Oriskany St. regarding a male gunshot victim.
