Are you in need of some relaxation time? Tammy Seagriff will offer a\nfour-part workshop at the Canastota Public Library in January and February that\nmight be of help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAnimals, Connection and Community\u201d will be held at 6:30\np.m. Tuesdays Jan. 21 and 28 and Feb. 4 and 11, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With animals as the central and binding theme, the workshops\nwill help us to navigate through a series of experiential exercises including\nguided relaxation and visualization, deep breathing, body awareness,\nself-reflection and group sharing. There is no previous experience necessary to\ntake part in this workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seagriff, a certified yoga instructor, also teaches\nmindfulness and relaxation methods. She is interested in exploring the\nindividual\u2019s connection to others and to animals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration is required as space is limited. Participants\nshould sign up in advance by calling the library at 315.697.7030 or stopping by\nour circulation desk to register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Canastota Public Library is located at 102 W.
