Community Wellness Partners \u2013 the affiliation of LutheranCare\nand Presbyterian Homes & Services – is pleased to announce the following\ncareer placements on both campuses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amy Krause has been named to the position of Director of\nNursing on the LutheranCare campus of Community Wellness Partners.  Amy\nearned her nursing diploma from St. James Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, her\nBachelor\u2019s degree from Daemen College and her Master\u2019s degree in Nursing\nAdministration from SUNY Institute of Technology and comes to the organization\nwith more than 25 years of experience in Long-term Care, 13 of those years\nserving as Director of Nursing. Amy has spent most of her career in Western New\nYork where she served as Director of Nursing at Livingston County Center for\nNursing and Rehabilitation.  She most recently served as Director of\nNursing at Norwich Rehabilitation and Nursing Center;  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheyenne Hawkins, former ActiveDay Senior Program Coordinator,\nhas been promoted to Director of Lifestyle Enrichment at the Lutheran Home of\nCentral New York.  Cheyenne has worked in\nvarious positions at LutheranCare since she joined the team in 2016, serving as\na Helping Hands Home companion, a scheduler for the Your Neighbors, Inc.\nprogram and a resident caregiver.  Most\nrecently she was responsible for the programming of activities and the raising\nof funds for those living with physical challenges and memory loss at the adult\nhome;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amanda Bartlett has joined the team as the new Administrator\nof the Lutheran Home Cottages \u2013 a Special Needs Assisted Living Residence\ndesigned especially to serve those living with various stages of dementia.  Amanda received her Associate\u2019s degree from\nSt. Joseph\u2019s College of Nursing followed by a Bachelor\u2019s degree from Le Moyne\nCollege.  She has held several clinical\nmanagement positions in the area, most recently as a Registered Nurse manager\nfor Oneida Healthcare Extended Care Facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Combining over 150 years of service, Community Wellness\nPartners is a faith-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliation of LutheranCare and\nPresbyterian Homes & Services. This affiliation offers the most complete\ncontinuity of health and wellness services for older adults in Oneida County\nNew York. Community Wellness Partners employs 980 individuals and serves nearly\n1,300 older adults each day throughout its continuum which includes Home Care,\nIndependent Living and Assisted Living, Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing and\nmore.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
