Dawley, 78 Wall St., Auburn, was arrested\non an arrest warrant charging him with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.\nHe was also arrested on a bench warrant for harassment in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\ndegree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own\nrecognizance. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 4, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nicholas N. Smith, 23, 112 Prospect St., Canastota,\nwas charged with petit larceny.<\/li><li>Zachary J. Bartolomie, 18, 122 Madison St., was\ncharged with criminal trespass in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree. <\/li><li>A 16 year old Oneida youth was referred to Madison\nCounty Probation regarding a charge of criminal trespass in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\ndegree.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 5, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dustin T. Squadrito, 22, 321 Harden St., Oneida,\nwas charged with unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the\n2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree. <\/li><li>Robert A. Spinney III, 20, 115 Madison St., Oneida\nwas charged with criminal trespass in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 6, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tyler A. Babcock, 28, 633 Floyd Ave., Rome, was\ncharged with uninspected motor vehicle and aggravated unlicensed operator in\nthe 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 7, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Christopher S. Mason, 55, 236 Park Ave., Oneida,\nwas charged with reckless endangerment in the 1<sup>st<\/sup> degree and\ncriminal possession of a firearm. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 8, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Paige G. Murphy, 20, 8 Jewett Pl., Utica, was\ncharged with petit larceny. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 9, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jerry E. Sequin, 42, 225 E. Railroad St., Oneida,\nwas issued a criminal summons charging him with criminal trespass in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\ndegree and harassment in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 11, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Brenden T. Powers, 19, 246 Williams St., Oneida,\nwas charged with disorderly conduct and aggravated harassment in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\ndegree. <\/li><li>Ryan J. Fureno, 32, 121 W. Walnut St., Oneida, was\ncharged with petit larceny. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 12, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dawson O. Lester, 20, 8068 Lewis Point Road,\nCanastota, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li><li>Kenneth G. Robotham Jr., 30, 427 Wilber St., Oneida\nwas issued a criminal summons charging him with endangering the welfare of a\nchild. <\/li><li>Danielle J. Mennig, 30, 307 Farrier Ave., Oneida\nwas issued a criminal summons for harassment in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree and\ncriminal obstruction of breathing. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 14, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Michael J. McDonough, 25, 4856 Quarry Road,\nMunnsville, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with harassment in\nthe 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree, unlawful imprisonment in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree,\ncriminal mischief in the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree, assault in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\ndegree and criminal mischief in the 4<sup>th<\/sup> degree. He was arraigned in\nOneida City Court and released on his own recognizance. <\/li><li>Allen R. Price, 36, 132 E. Elm St., Oneida, was\ncharged with unlicensed operator, uninspected motor vehicle and aggravated\nunlicensed operator in the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 15, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tane J. Crump, 58, 1623 Bleecker St., Utica, was\narrested on a bench warrant alleging failure to appear on an original charge of\npetit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own\nrecognizance. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 17, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>John F. Joslyn, 59, 427 N. Lake St., Oneida, was\ncharged with criminal contempt in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree. <\/li><li>Dakota L. Bender, 28, 135 Co. Rt. 23, Constantia,\nwas charged with harassment in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree and endangering the\nwelfare of a child. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his\nown recognizance.<\/li><li>Jesse A. Confer, 31, 7868 Rinaldo Blvd, Bridgeport,\nwas charged with criminal contempt in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree. <\/li><li>Jamie L. Tobin, 33, 206 Broad St., Oneida, was\narrested on an arrest warrant charging her with fraudulent obtaining a\ncontrolled substance, endangering the welfare of a child, and petit larceny. She\nwas arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance. <\/li><li>Zachary J. Snyder, 28, 423 Sherrill Road, Sherrill,\nwas arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with aggravated unlicensed\noperator in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree, unlicensed operator and inadequate stop\nlamps. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own\nrecognizance. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 18, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Richard D. Tennant Jr., 26, 402 E. Bloomfield St.,\nRome, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear for\nsentencing on a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the\n7<sup>th<\/sup> degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on\nhis own recognizance. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 19, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Daniel C. Vaughn, 32, 6767 Strip Road, Madison, was\ncharged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree,\nrefusal to submit to a breath screening device and driving while intoxicated. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 20, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Devin J. McDonald, 21, 210 Almond St., Oneida, was\narrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on a charge of\nresisting arrest. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own\nrecognizance. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 21, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Milton F. Lighthall, 50, 356 N. Lake St., Oneida,\nwas arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear for\nsentencing on a charge of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court\nand was released on his own recognizance. <\/li><li>Justin M. Emmons, 32, 257 Williams St., Oneida, was\narrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear for sentencing on\nan original charge of aggravated harassment in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree. He\nwas arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jan. 22, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kailey E.
