Salloum, 31, of 3462 Confer Drive,\nLenox, was charged with failure to dim headlights, unregistered motor vehicle\nand third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>March 6, 2020<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jessica L. Hilborn, 34, of 5328 Pugh Road,\nMorrisville, was charged with disorderly conduct after being observed acting in\na disorderly manner in a public place.<\/li><li>Lige M. Truitt, 38, of the Madison County Public\nSafety Building, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt after\nallegedly violating a court order of protection.<\/li><li>Valerie J. Darracq, 51, of 129 Lamb Ave.,\nCanastota, was charged with petit larceny after allegedly shoplifting from a\nlocal retail establishment. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>March 8, 2020<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Joshua A. Campany, 24, of 1066 Rocky Road,\nOneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on\ncharges of fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal contempt and\nfirst-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\nreleased on his own recognizance. <\/li><li>Joshua A. Campany, 24, of 1066 Rocky Road,\nOneida, was charged with petit larceny after allegedly shoplifting $222.39\nworth of merchandise at a local retail establishment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>March 9, 2020<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kevin R. Popple, 30, of 189 Madison St., Oneida,\nwas arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on charges of\nsecond-degree criminal possession of meth manufacturing material. He was\narraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held without bail.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>March\n10, 2020<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Olivario B. Maes, 41, no permanent address, was\ncharged with fourth-degree criminal mischief after allegedly defacing city\nowned property in a city park.<\/li><li>Brandon M. Davis, 24, of 337 Washington Ave.,\nOneida, was issued a criminal summons charging him with second-degree harassment.\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>March 11, 2020<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Andrea C. Venturi, 27, of 6651 Old County Road,\nCanastota, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled\nsubstance. <\/li><li>Dustin R. Roache, 31, of 329 Williams St.,\nOneida, was charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a lawn mower.<\/li><li>Troy S. Jennings, Jr., 29, of 109 West St.,\nOneida, was charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a lawn mower.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>March 12, 2020<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bruce L.
