Volunteers from the Central & Northern New York Chapter of the American Red Cross provided immediate emergency aid to\u00a0one person\u00a0after a\u00a0fire Wednesday night on Route 12B in Madison, Madison County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Red Cross provided\u00a0financial assistance which can be used for necessities such as shelter, food, and clothing\u00a0to\u00a0one\u00a0adult. Volunteers also offered a comfort kit containing personal care items and\u00a0emotional support.\u00a0In the coming days, Red Cross staff and volunteers will remain available to help those\u00a0affected by the\u00a0fire\u00a0as they navigate the road to recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
